Quest has locations nationwide, and you can search for the one closest to you by entering your ZIP code on their website.

Choose the location that’s most convenient for you—many sites offer early morning, evening, or weekend hours.

When to Complete Your Labs

We recommend completing your lab work as soon as you’re able, ideally within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

This timing helps make sure your provider has the most up-to-date information to personalize and guide your treatment plan.

Scheduling Your Appointment

You can visit Quest as a walk-in or book your visit ahead of time on the Quest website.

Appointments are recommended, as they are prioritized over walk-ins and can help reduce your wait time.
