Quick Tasks

Right on your homepage, the top section allows you to connect with your care team instantly:

  • Message Your Care Team: Send questions anytime. We will respond to general questions within 24 hours.
  • Request a Medication Refill: Easily request a refill by providing medication details and your preferred pharmacy. You will hear back from us within 48 hours for these requests.
  • Flare Support Button: If you are experiencing a flare, click this dedicated button. Our team will respond within 12 hours to provide you with guidance, advice, and support.

Appointments

  • Manage and Join: Right from your homepage, you can book, manage and join all your upcoming appointments.

Medication Tracker (If Applicable)

  • If you are on a specific medication, such as a biologic or injection, your provider may activate the Medication Tracker.
  • This tracker shows the recommended frequency and provides a checklist to help you decide whether or not to take your dose.
  • Note: If you have any questions, you can easily message your care team via the Chat tab.

Progress Tracking

Real-Time Progress: We ask you to complete a simple DLQI Survey (Dermatology Life Quality Index) before or during your appointments.The DLQI tracks the impact of your skin health on your quality of life, and you can easily view how this score is trending directly from your homepage.

Message Your Care Team any time: We will respond to general questions within 24 hours.

MyCare

The MyCare tab offers a deep dive into your comprehensive and tailored treatment plan.

  • Current care plan: This plan is written by your provider and is your resource for care recommendations.
  • Key Components: It includes your personalized skincare routine, any recommended prescriptions, your Zestrecs (provider-recommended skincare products for your skin), and important lifestyle recommendations (eg. stress management).
  • Past Plans: Your plan is updated every time you meet. You can view your complete history by clicking "Past Plans."

Care team: View your regular provider and your full care team directly

Zest Recs
  • These are skincare products recommended by our Zest providers.
  • Scroll through these recommendations and see why our providers love them.
Learning

The Learning tab serves as your personal library for skin health education.

  • Key Articles and Guides: This section is packed with expert articles and guides created by Zest providers.
  • Topics Covered: Content covers essential topics like how to get started with Zest, lifestyle and wellness recommendations, skincare and skin barrier repair, as well as medication and biologic guides.
  • Your provider may recommend specific articles for you to review, such as medication-reduction guides, and include links to them in your Care Plan.
