We start with a comprehensive, 30-minute virtual consultation where our dermatology specialists take the time to review your full medical history, discuss your symptoms, and understand your unique skin care needs.
After thoroughly reviewing your history, we build a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your condition. Whether it’s psoriasis, eczema, or another inflammatory skin issue, our experts design a plan that includes medication, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing care.
Your journey doesn’t end with a treatment plan. We offer 24/7 messaging with your care team, providing on-demand support whenever you need it. Ask questions, report progress, or adjust your treatment plan.
Our specialized team of dermatology providers offer a full spectrum of treatment options, including referrals to trusted in-person clinics or specialists in your area if necessary.

Zest Health specializes exclusively in the care of psoriasis and eczema—two of the most common and complex chronic inflammatory skin conditions. Our dermatology providers bring deep clinical expertise in managing these conditions, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique presentation, medical history, and lifestyle. We focus not just on symptom relief, but also on identifying and addressing the underlying causes and triggers that drive flare-ups. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with psoriasis or eczema for years, Zest can serve as your primary dermatology provider or work alongside your existing care team to provide targeted, expert support.
Zest Health is designed for people living with psoriasis and eczema who want expert dermatology care without the wait. We provide faster access to treatment—often within a day—while also offering personalized plans, continuity of care, and ongoing support between visits. Unlike traditional clinics, we prioritize a whole-person approach and offer 24/7 messaging with your care team. This means you’re never left wondering what to do next or who to contact if something changes.
Yes — virtual dermatology is highly effective, especially for chronic conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Because dermatology is a visually driven specialty, high-resolution images and virtual visits allow our providers to accurately diagnose and manage your skin condition. Virtual care also offers faster access to care, more convenient follow-ups, and continuous treatment monitoring. This leads to earlier interventions, fewer delays in care, and better long-term outcomes for patients with inflammatory skin conditions.
Right now, Zest Health is available to select members as we introduce this service. If you're enrolled in a qualified Independent Health plan, you may be eligible to access next-day appointments and ongoing dermatology care through Zest Health at no additional cost. While medication costs may still apply, our team will work with you to find the most effective and affordable options.

If your condition requires in-person testing, procedures, or physical exams that cannot be completed virtually, Zest will help coordinate care with a trusted local provider. Our team can also work with your existing dermatologist or primary care physician (PCP) to ensure continuity of care when needed.
If you already see a dermatologist in person, Zest Health can begin by coordinating with them to support your ongoing care. If you don’t have a provider and in-person care is needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted dermatologist in your area to ensure you get the right support.
For eligible Independent Health plan members, Zest Health is included at no additional cost to you as part of your qualified health plan.
