Clear photos and videos can give your care team what they need to treat you. Virtual care also means you can get seen faster, follow-ups are easier, and your care team can keep a close eye on how your skin is doing over time.
Eligible patients can schedule a virtual visit within just a few days, with many being seen as soon as the next day. No wait times so you can manage your skin disease, and prescriptions as soon as possible.
No referral is needed to get started with Zest.

Zest Health provides a full range of treatment for psoriasis and eczema. Depending on what your skin needs, your care team may recommend creams, moisturizers, pills, or other medications — including shots for more serious cases. Your doctor will put together a plan just for you, with the goal of reducing flares, calming irritation, and helping your skin feel and look better over time.
Yes. Just like at any other clinic, Zest clinicians can prescribe and refill medications. During your visit, they’ll assess your condition, review your medical history, and collaborate with you on what treatment plan is right for you. Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred local pharmacy, or to your designated speciality pharmacy when necessary.
You can request a prescription refill at any time through your Zest Health portal. Your care team will review your request and typically send the refill to your pharmacy within 24–48 hours. If needed, your clinician may recommend a follow-up visit before issuing a refill.
If you’re experiencing a flare-up, you can message your care team through the application. Your care team will review your symptoms and recommend next steps, which may include adjustments to medications, treatment plan, self-care guidance, or a same-week appointment.
The time it takes to see results depends on the severity of your condition and the treatment approach. Many patients experience symptom improvement after one or two visits. Your clinician will track your progress and adjust your plan over time to ensure long-term relief.
Your care team includes board-certified dermatologists, licensed nurse practitioners, physician assistants and care coordinators who specialize in treating psoriasis and eczema. Each member is trained to support patients living with chronic skin conditions through personalized, evidence-based care.
