Forbes 30 Under 30 - Healthcare (2026): Olivia Deitcher, Founder, Zest Health

Zest Health founder and CEO Olivia Deitcher was named to the 2026 Forbes Under 30 in Healthcare. The list recognizes outstanding individuals under 30-years-old who are “saving lives and creating a more equitable future”. 

To choose innovators for the Under 30 in Healthcare list for 2026, candidates were evaluated by Forbes staff and independent expert judges on factors including funding, social impact, scale, investiveness, and potential. Judges for Under 30 in Healthcare were Gail Boudreaux, CEO of Elevance Health, Anirudh Joshi, CEO of Valar Labs and Under 30 Class of 2025, Neil Kumar, CEO of BridgeBio, and Annie Lamont, Partner at Oak HC/FT.

The honor of Under 30 for Olivia’s work to build the first value-based dermatology company, Zest Health, further underscores the needs to address the gaps in dermatology care, personalize care, and put patients first.
