Olivia Deitcher is the founder and CEO of Zest Health, a virtual dermatology clinic delivering high-touch, personalized care for patients with eczema and psoriasis. Zest is closing critical gaps in traditional dermatology by offering next-day virtual access, individualized treatment plans, and data-driven care pathways aligned with value-based contracts.

Drawing from her own experience as a psoriasis patient and her track record building scalable, value-based care models, Olivia brings a unique perspective on how thoughtful, timely, and tech-enabled care can improve outcomes—and reduce costs—for patients, payers, and employers alike.

Before founding Zest, Olivia was a Senior Principal at Roivant Sciences, where she helped launch AI-driven drug discovery ventures and led large-scale transactions, including a $3 billion M&A deal across five subsidiaries. A 2026 Forbes Under 30 in Healthcare honoree, and named to the 2024 Slice of Healthcare 50 Under 50 list, she holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University.
