Fill out your information and we’ll confirm if you’re eligible. Your first appointment is a comprehensive 30-minute virtual visit. During this appointment, your clinician reviews your medical history, understands your goals, and assesses how well your condition is controlled.
If your skin is stable, your clinician will talk about how to sustain it with better skincare practices, screenings, and prescription management. For unstable skin, they’ll lay out the steps to get there, looking at all the options with support every step of the way.
You’re never on your own with Zest. If you need help adjusting your medication, managing symptoms, or understanding what’s normal, we’re here in your back pocket. Message your care team anytime and upload photos during flares for quick, personalized guidance. Zest stays connected with you throughout your treatment journey—not just at scheduled visits—so you always have expert support whenever you need it.

Zest virtual visits are conducted on the Zoom platform. Appointment links are shared with members before their appointment time.

Yes. Virtual care works well for psoriasis and eczema because so much of the disease shows on your skin. Clear photos and video give your care team what they need to treat you. You also get faster visits, easier follow-ups, and closer tracking of your skin over time. All visits happen over video, from wherever you have internet.
Cost & Insurance
$0. Zest Health is a no-cost benefit offered to you through your health insurance or employer plan. You may still pay a normal copay or coinsurance for prescriptions, depending on your pharmacy benefit. Your clinician works with you to keep your treatment affordable.
Treatment & Medications
Zest Health can prescribe the full range of psoriasis and eczema medications like creams, moisturizers, pills, or biologic injections for more serious conditions. Your clinician builds a plan around your needs to calm irritation and reduce flares over time.
Yes. Zest Health will write, refill, and manage your dermatology medications. You can request refills on the Zest portal any time. Refills are processed and sent to the pharmacy within 24–48 hours.
Tell us by messaging your care team through your Zest portal. They review your symptoms and can recommend next steps. This may include a medication change, self-care tips, or a visit that same week.
This depends on how severe your condition is and your treatment plan. Many patients notice improvement after one or two visits. Your clinician tracks your progress and adjusts your plan to help your skin keep getting better.
Care Team & Support
Your care team includes board-certified dermatologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and care coordinators who specialize in psoriasis and eczema. Each person is trained to support patients with chronic skin conditions through personal, evidence-based care.
Yes. Zest Health can be your main source for dermatology care, or it can work alongside your current dermatologist. Use Zest for second opinions, treatment reviews, or support between your in-person visits.
