Next-day access to appointments with medical dermatology experts. Continuous support and high-quality care at your fingertips to help you stay clear on less medication.
Want help getting started? Call 240-901-ZEST (240-901-9378), Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST

Your experience begins with a comprehensive 30-minute virtual visit. During this appointment, your clinician reviews your medical history, understands your goals, and assesses how well your condition is controlled.
Next, your clinician walks you through what your skin needs right now and what to expect moving forward. If you’re in remission, we’ll talk about how Zest has helped members safely reduce their medication dose by more than 60% over a year while staying controlled—and what a right-sized plan could look like for you. If your condition isn’t well controlled, we’ll outline the steps to get you there; most Zest members report meaningful improvements in their quality of life within just 30 days.
You’re never on your own with Zest. Whether you need help adjusting your medication, managing symptoms, or understanding what’s normal, we’re here. Message your care team anytime and upload photos during flares for quick, personalized guidance. Zest stays connected with you throughout your journey—not just at scheduled visits—so you always have expert support at your fingertips.
Your treatment options should be as unique as you. We'll help you explore personalized ways to get and stay clear.

Zest Health focuses exclusively on psoriasis and eczema — two of the most common and complex chronic inflammatory skin conditions. We offer deep expertise and tailor treatment plans to your unique symptoms, history, and lifestyle. Treatment plans go beyond symptom relief to identify and address the underlying causes and triggers of flares.
Zest Health is built for fast, easy, and high-touch clinical access. Your first visit is 30 minutes, so your clinician can learn about you, your skin history, and your goals. No two treatment plans look the same. There are no long waits, no waiting rooms, and no surprise bills. Zest’s clinical care is also available for chat or visits to provide lifestyle choices that directly impact psoriasis and atopic dermatitis health.
No referrals needed. Most patients get a visit within a few days, and many are seen the next day.
Zest virtual visits are conducted on the Zoom platform. Appointment links are shared with members before their appointment time.
